About the event

Have you ever had your boundaries crossed without consent? Or perhaps you've been scared of not knowing how to respond if somebody attacks you? In this workshop, we'll address these concerns directly and equip ourselves with the skills to identify potential risks and confidently assert our boundaries. Through interactive exercises and engaging discussions, we'll explore the FIGHT principle, focusing on practical self-defence techniques designed to counter common attacks against women. Join our safe and supportive environment where we empower ourselves to overcome fears and fortify our boundaries.

Every third Sunday of the month, we are hosting a recurring open workshop! Each workshop will have a topic (setting boundaries, street harassment, dating, navigating family relationships, solo travelling, and many more), that we will explore using the 5 principles of Self Defense: Think, Yell, Run, Fight, Tell.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

1) Increase your personal safety skills
